MBA Adjunct Faculty - International Locations

Founded in 1902 and based in Columbus, Ohio, Franklin University is busy executing a strategic plan to expand educational opportunity to even greater numbers of students across the country and around the world. Franklin currently offers 30 undergraduate majors and five graduate programs and teaches classes at four locations in Ohio and a location in Indianapolis, as well as online. In addition, Franklin’s MBA Program is offered internationally through agreements with institutions in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.


Franklin University is accepting applications for MBA adjunct instructors to teach a hybrid format in Poland, Slovakia, and Macedonia beginning March 2012. The MBA courses are eight weeks long (six on-line, two in country). To successfully teach a course, minimum qualifications are D.B.A. or Ph.D, with relevant teaching experience at the university level and business experience or consulting.


Qualified candidates should be fluent in English and hold a valid U.S. passport. Compensation includes a stipend for each course/section taught, round-trip ticket (U.S./Country only), baggage allowance, food and lodging.


Specific Disciplines include:


MBA707 MBA Foundations: Doctorate in Business Administration, Business Communication or closely related field, multiple years of experience at various job levels across a variety of business administration, business communication related positions.


MBA711 Business Environment: Doctorate in business related field, , experience in conducting environmental scanning, international business experience.


MBA713 Human Resources Management: Doctorate degree in Human Resources or closely related field, minimum 8 years of organizational experience with 5 years of experience in a senior position concerned with strategy.


MBA721 Marketing Management: Doctorate in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field, multiple years of experience at various job levels across a variety of marketing-related positions.


MBA723 Managerial Economics: Doctorate in Economics, Agricultural Economics or closely related field, multiple years of experience at various job levels across a variety of economic research and supervisory related positions.


MBA727 International Business Management: Doctorate in Business Administration or closely related field, experience working abroad for corporations or international organizations.


MBA731 Operations and Project Management: Doctorate in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or closely related field, multiple years of experience at various job levels across a variety of operations management related positions and project management experience at a supervisory level, professional certification (PMP, CSM, ITIL, etc…).


MBA741 Strategic Management: Doctorate in Business Administration or closely related field, extensive experience working with large corporations in the strategic management function.
