Office of Education Alliances: Work-Study Assistant
The Office of Education Alliances Work Study Assistant provides administrative support for the Education Alliances Department, and reports to the Director of Education Alliances.
Duties include, but are not limited to: conducting research to ensure that Franklin University information is accurately displayed on Franklin's Community/Technical College partner web sites, Researching and documenting targeted Community/Technical College partner administration and faculty contacts, assisting Community College Regional managers with filling literature and promotional item requests, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Hours of work will vary depending on the candidate’s availability and the workload of the department. The ideal candidate will be able to work 20-25 hours a week, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8-5.
Candidate must: be detail oriented; dependable; able to multi-task; proficient with Microsoft Office products; and have strong communication skills.
All candidates must be current Franklin students, and have Federal Work Study eligibility.
