Office of the Dean of Students, Work-Study

Responsibilities

The work-study candidate will assist student affairs and services by providing administrative support.
Primary work-assignments and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: filing, scanning, special projects, assembling packets, compiling assessment data from evaluations and collating documents for workshops.

Hours of Work

Hours are flexible and will vary depending on the candidate’s availability and the workload of the department. Ideal candidate will be able to work 20-25 hours a week, Monday-Friday.


Qualifications

Candidate must be detail oriented, dependable, and able to multi-task and proficient with Microsoft Office products. Candidates must also display a strong communication and problem solving skills as well as the ability to work with highly confidential documents.

All candidates must be current Franklin students, and have Federal Work Study eligibility.
