Organizational Behavior Adjunct Faculty

Franklin University, located in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking Organizational Behavior adjunct faculty to teach face-to-face courses in Columbus and also online. Adjunct faculty will teach in a student-centered environment that is focused on teaching working adults. This course focuses on the organizational processes and theoretical constructs related to organizational behavior.

The instructor must have a Master of Business Administration Degree (Ph.D. preferred); ideally with a concentration in, Organizational Behavior, Management Theory, Leadership,   Organizational Development or Industrial Psychology; and a minimum of five years of work experience directly related to the field (10 years of related work experience preferred). The ideal candidate will have cross-functional experience showing progressive management responsibilities. 

In addition to the education and experience listed above, the ideal instructor will have a minimum of 5 years organizational experience with responsibilities for broad organizational functions such as planning, budgeting, goal setting, evaluation, problem solving, performance improvement and relationship building; demonstrated ability to apply general management concepts across various organizational contexts and industries; and, a working knowledge of systems theory and performance improvement applications. This position would entail delivering content specific materials, facilitating discussion, challenge learning, and grading student work.
