Philosophy Adjunct Faculty

Franklin University, located in Columbus, Ohio is seeking adjunct faculty to teach introductory Philosophy courses in Logic and Critical Thinking and Ethical Reasoning.  These face to face classes will be taught in various Columbus locations, teaching in a student-centered environment that is focused on teaching working adults.


Requirements for these positions include: a passion for teaching (on-line and/or face-to-face), a commitment to life-long learning, a minimum of a graduate degree (not received at Franklin) in Philosophy or in a related field (stressing clear and logical writing, problem solving, and critical thinking skills).  Prior to any possible offer of employment, the candidate must successfully complete a short teaching effectiveness online course offered by Franklin.
