Provost Office Work Study Assistant

The Provost Office Work Study Assistant provides clerical, administrative, and scanning support to the Provost’s Office, and assists with special projects.  Duties include, but are not limited to: scanning, electronic filing; preparing meeting materials; preparing correspondence and application packets for the Leaders Scholars Program; answering phones; greeting visitors; and working on special projects.

Hours are flexible and will vary depending on the candidate’s availability and the workload of the department. The ideal candidate will be able to work 20-25 hours a week, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8-5.

Candidate must: be organized; dependable; able to multi task; proficient with Microsoft Office products; have excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail; and be able to work independently.

All candidates must be current Franklin students, and have Federal Work Study eligibility.
