Undergraduate Admissions Advisor

Franklin University currently has a position available for an organized, motivated and energetic communicator who believes in and supports higher education who wishes to assist prospective students as they navigate Franklin’s admission and enrollment processes and meet critical deadlines for degree programs. Primary responsibilities include timely, high quality contact to prospective students from the first point of contact (Inquiry or Application) through first term registration.

Candidates must possess a strong student-centered philosophy with excellent interpersonal, written communication and organizational skills. This position will require some flexibility, with evening hours until 7 p.m. up to two nights per week and rotating Saturdays.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal (especially via phone) and written (extensive email communication required). A strong track record of goal achievement and student satisfaction is critical.  Individuals who are high-energy, motivated and committed to the delivery of a quality student experience are encouraged to apply.  Desired qualifications include experience with university recruitment, admissions and/or sales and the use of a Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) tool. Master degree is strongly preferred.
