University Advancement & Strategic Relations Work Study Assistant
The University Advancement & Strategic Relations Work Study Assistant will support the alumni relations and development office by providing administrative support. Duties include, but are not limited to: updates to the alumni database; data entry of researched prospect information; data mining; general administrative duties.
Hours are flexible and will vary depending on the candidate’s availability and the workload of the department. The ideal candidate will be able to work 20-25 hours a week, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8-5.
Candidate must: be detail oriented; accurate; experience with Microsoft Office suite products; be able to multi task and complete tasks in a timely manner; excellent communication skills; have problem solving skills; excellent organizational skills; demonstrates active listening skills; and is dependable. Position requires the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and with discretion.
All candidates must be current Franklin students, and have Federal Work Study eligibility.
