University Registrar Work Study Assistant - Scanning

The University Registrar Work Study Scanning Assistant provides administrative support to the department by storing and entering data related to student documents.  Duties include, but are not limited to: collecting documents to be scanned, matching documents to the appropriate student accounts, scanning documents legibly, performing accurate data entry, and aiding with special projects as needed.


Hours are flexible and will vary depending on the candidate’s availability and the workload of the department.  The ideal candidate will be able to work 20-25 hour a week, Monday–Friday, between 1pm and 5pm.


Candidate must: be organized and detail oriented; dependable; proficient with Microsoft Office products; have excellent written and verbal communication skills; be a team player; have the ability to work independently; and be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.  Previous experience with scanning or data entry would be helpful, but is not required.


All candidates must be a current Franklin student and have Federal Work study eligibility.
