Welcome Center Associate

Franklin University has 2 full-time positions available as Welcome Center Associates.  These roles will provide the highest level of customer service to Franklin students in a face-to-face atmosphere.  The Welcome Center Associates have a direct impact on the student experience, and act as ambassadors for the University to potential and current students.  The Welcome Center Associates reflect Franklin’s student-centered philosophy by treating each individual as a VIP, greeting and interacting with visitors, and ensuring questions are fully answered and clearly communicated.  These individuals are the face of Franklin, working amicably with a diverse student body and handling multiple tasks in a poised, positive, and personable demeanor.  Hours for these positions are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and Monday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. with occasional weekend hours on select Saturdays.

We seek individuals who are people-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who are able to work independently in an extremely fast-paced environment on multiple tasks simultaneously.  The selected individuals must also be able to deal with confidential student information in an appropriate manner.  A minimum of one year of college is preferred.
