Welcome Center Work Study Assistant

Franklin University is seeking a Work Study Student to join the Welcome Center. This position will be responsible for general administrative duties.  Responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting students, and responding to general questions regarding the University. Candidates will work 20-25 hours a week, Monday - Friday, with a possibility of some evening and/or weekend hours.  Flexible availability is required.

Candidates must be or have:  detail orientated, dependable, proficient with Microsoft Office products, experience with e-mail and internet, able to multi task, outstanding customer service skills, effective communication skills, a team player, problem solving skills, and excellent organizational skills.

All candidates must be current Franklin students, and have Federal Work Study eligibility.
