Student Recruitment Manager
Franklin University is seeking a Student Recruitment Manager. Major responsibilities include overseeing administrative activities and personnel, and the recruitment of undergraduate and graduate students. In addition, the Student Recruitment Manager will monitor, mentor and motivate recruitment specialists and will manage policies and processes in support of recruitment. Other duties include being responsible for prospective student recruitment, albeit on a limited level when compared to the recruitment team.
A Bachelor’s degree, three to five years of relevant experience, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills is required. The successful candidate must have or develop an understanding of, and agreement with, Franklin’s relationship management principles and University values.
