Columbus, Ohio - Franklin University's Center for Professional Training & Development will host a workshop titled High Performance Leadership, designed to help boost career mobility and maintain a competitive edge.
|
Effective leaders don't focus solely on short-term results. Instead, they also balance the major functions of leadership and align the efforts of others to attain significant long-term benefits. Join leadership expert Dr. Garry McDaniel on Wednesday, December 2 from 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. and learn how to:
- Understand the five major functions of an effectiveleader
- Discover the importance of balancing these functions with personal and organizational goals
- Recognize how to establish systems and processes for ensuring effective leadership
- Develop a plan for enhancing your personal andorganizational leadership capacities
The workshop will be held from 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. on Franklin University's Main Campus, downtown in Ross Auditorium located in Alumni Hall, 301 E. Rich St.
