Franklin University Signs Lease for Indianapolis Location
School now hiring faculty and staff to support northeast side campus

Indianapolis and Columbus, Ohio - Franklin University, a four-year, non-profit institute of higher education today announced it has signed a lease in the Allison Pointe Office Park on the northeast side of Indianapolis, with plans to offer classes beginning this fall. This lease signing follows last month's announcement of plans for the University to expand into the Indianapolis market.

The nearly 20,000 square-foot, Castleton-area location will house numerous classrooms, a learning resource center, computer lab, wireless connectivity, and quick-use student kiosks - resources that currently are available at all other Franklin University locations in Ohio.

"With so many Central Indiana professionals looking to enhance their skills and earning potential through a higher education degree, we are pleased to have secured this prime space in the amenity-rich 82nd Street corridor between Keystone Avenue and Allisonville Road," said Theresa Lechton, Franklin University's Dean of Regional Campuses. "The campus will have easy access from I-465 and ample free parking, which we're confident, will serve our potential student population well."

Build-out of the space is expected to begin in June and take three to four months to complete. Franklin University plans to offer its largest and most popular undergraduate and graduate level programs such as business and accounting, in addition to their master's in business administration degree at the Indianapolis location beginning in the fall term.

Franklin University is currently accepting applications for both full-time and faculty positions to support the Indianapolis school, including dean, administrative services director and adjunct faculty in a variety of industries. Full job descriptions and application details can be found online at www.franklin.edu.
