Wednesday, Nov. 4: Leadership & Influence
Utilize the key elements of influencing others when there is a
lack of authority: personal power, persuasion, and negotiating.
Wednesday, Nov. 11: Change Leadership
Learn the conditions required for effective change and how to
overcome resistance to implementing and supporting change initiatives.
Thursday, Nov. 12: OSHA Workshop: Workplace Safety*
Discover why workplace safety is vital for business success and how to
adhere to OSHA standards while avoiding increased costs.
Wednesday, Nov. 18: Leadership & Delegation
Take a new look at leadership and understand what delegating really
involves while learning how to make confident delegating choices.

Workshops are held from 9 a.m. - noon on Franklin University's Main Campus, downtown in Ross Auditorium in Alumni Hall, 301 E. Rich St. (* OSHA workshops are held in Phillips Hall, Room 220, from 9-11 a.m.).
