Upload Unofficial Transcripts

An unofficial transcript is defined as follows:

  • A copy of an official or unofficial transcript issued directly to the applicant by the source institution
  • A copy of an official transcript issued directly to another higher education institution by the source institution
  • A download of a transcript or academic record from the source institution's secure web portal. This download must include the applicant's name, course institution, and whether the coursework is institutional or transfer

Note: Grade reports are not acceptable as unofficial transcripts.

By submitting my unofficial transcripts, I acknowledge the following:

  • I am consenting for this documentation to be used in conjunction with my application and supplemental materials to render an admission decision
  • I do not have any outstanding debt at any institution(s) for which I submitted unofficial transcripts for admission
  • Official transcripts are required to be submitted before registering for a second term. If any discrepancy is found between the unofficial and official transcript(s), a further evaluation will be completed by Franklin University, which could impact any admission decision and potentially result in a revocation of admission
  • If a preliminary evaluation is completed please note that it is an unofficial review of previously earned credit and may change once an official transcript is submitted.
  • Submitting an official transcript is in your best interest for transfer credit evaluation/pre-requisite evaluation. If you are scheduled incorrectly from an unofficial transcript Franklin University will not reimburse the student for the course(s) taken inadvertently.
  • I may be required to submit all official high school and/or college transcripts for purposes other than admission to Franklin University, including to meet Federal Title IV Financial Aid requirements
