Adjunct Faculty-Health Information Management and/or Health Informatics

Franklin University is seeking adjunct faculty members to teach Health Information Management and/or Health Informatics courses in an online format beginning Spring Term 2021.  Courses include undergraduate as well as graduate and doctoral Health Information Management levels, vary between 6-12 weeks in length, and will be taught each semester.  

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree, preferably in a healthcare-related field, and an active RHIA in order to teach at the undergraduate level and a conferred doctoral degree, preferably in an informatics-related field, with a minimum of 18 graduate credits hours in Health Information Management or Health Informatics in order to teach at the graduate and doctoral levels . A minimum of 1-year of teaching experience, preferably online, is also required.
