Adjunct Faculty-Introduction to Macroeconomics

Franklin University, located in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking part-time adjunct faculty to teach a Introduction to Macroeconomics course.  This course will be taught in an online format during our Fall 2021 term. 

This course is an introduction to economic theory involving the basic underlying causes and principles of the operation of an economic system. Emphasis is placed on studying the economy as a whole. Issues of inflation, unemployment, taxation, business cycles and growth are discussed in the context of the global economic system.

Candidates should have a Master’s degree in business related field with at least 18 graduate credit hours in Economics or a related academic area.  Candidates should possess five (5) years of experience in economics, business administration and management or a related field of experience. Excellent teaching evaluations and previous online teaching experience are also required.
