Adjunct Faculty - Political Science

Franklin University is seeking an adjunct faculty member to design and teach Political Science courses in an online format with design work beginning Summer Term 2020 and teaching opportunities each semester beginning Fall 2020.  Courses that need to be designed and taught include: American Government, Constitutional Law, Intro to Political Science, and State & Local Government.  

Minimum qualifications for the position include an M.S. or M.A. degree in Political Science or a closely related field. A doctoral degree in Political Science, Comparative Politics, Public Administration, a Juris Doctorate, or a closely related discipline is preferred. Prior online teaching and design experience is preferred. Individuals with knowledge of the Ohio teacher licensure exam domains and state standardized testing content for social studies are also preferred.
