Franklin University has an open position for a full-time Call Center Representative. Primary duties include answering incoming calls and initiating outbound calls for high volume call center, providing knowledgeable information to callers, and entering applicable data into our customer relationship management software. The hours of the Call Center are: Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Flexible availability across these hours is required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills, be proficient with computer systems and their operating systems, and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Typing/data entry skills and at least 1 year of college is preferred.
