Community College Alliance (CCA) Enrollment Advisor-National
Franklin University has an opening for a Community College Alliance (CCA) Enrollment Advisor who will be responsible for the management of the recruitment pipeline of prospective students for our Community College Alliance Program. The CCA Enrollment Advisor will be responsible for new student recruitment and enrollment at multiple national community college locations outside Ohio. The position will assist with relationship development, recruiting, marketing and new student enrollment of students transferring from national partner institutions.
A Bachelor’s degree and proven ability to develop new relationships contributing to meeting or exceeding goals is required. Prior experience in college/university recruitment and/or admissions would be a plus in this position. We seek a strong communicator with excellent telephone, virtual and interpersonal communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a team player with high energy and motivation and a strong track record of goal achievement and student satisfaction. The selected individual will have strong organization, prioritization, time management and follow-through skills - including demonstrated experience with leveraging a CRM tool to guide day-to-day activities. Prior knowledge and use of the SLATE software would be a plus. Must have computer proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom and TEAMS and highly developed analytical skills. Understanding course prerequisites and general course to course content compatibility will be utilized in this position.
This is a remote position and working hours include three days per week (9am – 6pm) and two days per week (10am – 7pm). Other evening work may be required to facilitate special events.
