Franklin University has an opening for a Community College Alliance (CCA) Enrollment Advisor who will be responsible for the management of the recruitment pipeline of prospective students for our Community College Alliance Program.  The CCA Enrollment Advisor will be responsible for new student recruitment and enrollment at multiple community college locations throughout Ohio. The position will assist with relationship development, recruiting, marketing and new student enrollment of students transferring from partner institutions in Ohio.

This is a remote position with the preference being for someone living in Ohio.  Working hours include four days per week (9am– 6pm) and one day per week (10am – 7pm).  Other evening work may be required to facilitate special events.  

A Bachelor’s degree and proven ability to develop new relationships contributing to meeting or exceeding goals is required.  Prior experience in college/university recruitment and/or admissions would be a plus in this position.  We seek a strong communicator with excellent telephone, virtual and interpersonal communication skills.  The ideal candidate will be a team player with high energy and motivation and a strong track record of goal achievement and student satisfaction.  The selected individual will have strong organization, prioritization, time management and follow-through skills including demonstrated experience with leveraging a CRM tool to guide day-to-day activities.  Must have strong computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Power Point, Zoom and TEAMS and highly developed analytical skills.
