Franklin University has an opening for a Doctoral Studies Coordinator. Reporting to the Dean of Doctoral Studies and Academic Research, the Doctoral Studies Coordinator role includes primary responsibility for maintaining documentation of programs. The coordinator will manage events hosted by Doctoral Studies or the Office of Research, maintain documentation of student completion of program requirements, support the Dean, Program Chairs, and research faculty with administrative items and maintain documentation for accreditation and regulatory needs.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent progressive work experience is required. Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, dependable, and possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to communicate in a professional manner and work effectively with faculty, staff and members of the professional community. Strong computer skills required. Previous work experience in higher education in student services, academic affairs, or similar is preferred.
