Domestic Locations Work Study Assistant

The Domestic Locations department is seeking a work study assistant to provide administrative support to the team.  This individual will assist with various administrative projects including data entry and maintaining academic documentation and spreadsheets.  The work study assistant will assist with special projects to aid in recruitment, retention and advising and will complete other duties as assigned.

Hours are flexible and will vary depending on the candidate’s availability. The ideal candidate will be able to work 20-25 hours a week, Monday-Friday, with a possibility of evening hours.
 
Candidates should have 1-2 years of customer service or administrative support experience.  The successful candidate will be have the ability to work independently and be self-directed and have strong problem solving skills.  Candidates must also have proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, internet and email as well as a strong attention to detail.
