Dublin Location Work Study Assistant

The Dublin Location Work Study Assistant will be responsible for performing general office and clerical duties at Franklin University’s Dublin Location.  Duties will include:  Answering telephones and greeting visitors; scheduling appointments and assist in the organization of classrooms and office spaces.  The work study assistant will assist with special projects to aid in recruitment, retention and advising and will complete other duties as assigned.

Hours are flexible and will vary depending on the candidate’s availability. The ideal candidate will be able to work 20hours a week, Monday-Thursday, with availability for afternoon and evening hours.
Candidates should have 1-2 years of customer service experience.  The successful candidate will be have the ability to work independently and be self-directed and have strong problem solving and administrative skills.  Candidates must also have proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, internet and email as well as a strong attention to detail.  

All candidates must be current Franklin students, and have Federal Work Study eligibility.
