Faculty Services Student Assistant

Franklin University is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual for a part-time Faculty Services Student Assistant at our Main Campus, Downtown.

Duties include, but are not limited to: Greeting students/staff/visitors to Frasch Hall, welcoming and directing vendors and visitors to building, monitoring building activities, answering phones, responding to emails, delivering faculty mail, assisting with photocopying, providing telephone coverage, maintaining security of materials and equipment, and providing administrative support for Faculty Development offerings, programs, and special projects.

The successful candidate must be in good academic standing, able to work both as part of a team as well as independently, possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and be able to manage time effectively. In addition, the ideal candidate should have a commitment to providing excellent customer service to all customers. Must be proficient with the Internet, Microsoft Office applications, and have the ability to learn additional software applications.

The ideal candidate will work up to 19 hours per week, and have a flexible schedule including evening and weekend availability.
