Financial Aid Work Study Assistant
Federal Work Study
The Financial Aid Work Study Assistant supports the Department by assisting with office and administrative duties, document scanning, and special projects. Duties include, but are not limited to: help with document management and prepare documents for imaging; compliance assist with data entry; sort and distribute mail; prepare outgoing mailings; copying; and review reports for determining accuracy based on knowledge learned.
Hours are somewhat flexible and will vary depending on the candidate’s availability and the workload of the department. The ideal candidate will be able to work 20-25 hours a week, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9 to 5.
Candidate must: be detail oriented; dependable; a self-starter; require little supervision; have accurate data entry skills; be able to get along with others and work with a team. Due to the level of training involved the ideal candidate will have at least a year until graduation.
All candidates must be current Franklin students, and have Federal Work Study eligibility.
