HRIS & HR Work Study Assistant
Federal Work Study
The Human Resources Department is seeking a highly motivated work study assistant who will provide office and administrative support to the Human Resources office.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Front desk and telephone coverage; utilizing scanning software; providing support to various functions within the HR department including HRIS, Adjunct Services, Staffing, Employee Engagement, and Benefits. Data entry, creating packets, basic auditing of files, new hire and department scheduling, and employment verifications. And other additional duties as assigned (Scanning, copies, ordering supplies, filing, etc.)
The ideal candidate must possess: Strong customer service skills; Knowledge of Microsoft office products/data entry; strong organizational skills and detail oriented. Candidate must be able to work independently and have the ability and comfort to work with highly confidential documents.
Applicants must be current Franklin University students with Federal Work Study eligibility. Hours are flexible and will vary depending on the candidate’s availability and the workload of the department. The ideal candidate will be able to work 20-25 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm.
