Office of Community Relations/Advancement Student Assistant
The Office of Community Relations & Advancement Student Assistant is responsible for supporting the alumni relations and development staff by providing general and administrative assistance with tasks and projects. Duties and responsibilities include assisting the department with data entry, gift processing, filing and scanning projects, as well as other special projects and events.
Candidates must be detail oriented, highly organized, and dependable. Strong communication skills are required as the position requires frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office products. This position also requires the ability to work with confidential information.
Applicants must be current Franklin University students available to work 19 hours per week, Monday – Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Specific schedules are flexible and will vary based on the availability of the candidate and the needs of the department.
