The Print and Mail Services department is seeking a Federal Work Study Assistant to provide support to the department by assisting with general and clerical duties under the direct supervision of the Print Services and Purchasing Generalist. Duties include, but are not limited to: assisting with inventory management, assist with the processing of printing requests, mail and order distribution, and assisting with the organization and cleanliness of the purchasing and print services areas.
Candidate must possess effective communication skills and extreme attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
Applicants must be current Franklin University students with Federal Work Study eligibility. Hours are flexible and will vary depending on the candidate’s availability and the workload of the department. The ideal candidate will be able to work 20-25 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm.
