Franklin University is seeking a Program Marketing Manager. This individual will oversee a small team responsible for the development and implementation of program specific marketing plans and strategies in support of Franklin's academic program portfolio. This position is responsible for generating market insights, growing demand, and building enrollment pipelines necessary to achieve the university's growth objectives. This includes the evaluation of market research and analytics, prospective student decision-making and funnel behavior, and competitor data to inform program positioning. The program marketing manager works cross-functionally to ensure the timely and accurate completion of deliverables to support plans and initiatives, as well as reports on status and results. 

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in in Communications, Marketing or a related field as well as a minimum of five years of relevant work experience in educational marketing, admissions, or brand/product marketing management.
