Franklin University is seeking a dynamic and innovative Recruiter with high initiative to serve as a key ambassador of the University. Responsibilities include creative identification of well-qualified Adjunct Faculty, screening/interviewing candidates, creating job postings and documenting job requirements, and other recruitment functions.This individual will be engaged in the full life-cycle recruiting process, will build strong internal and external relationships to attract and retain top talent, and will be instrumental in new hire onboarding activities. The will work within the Human Resources Team and participate in various talent related projects and committees support the Adjunct Faculty hiring process. With a focus on supporting continuous improvement and ensuring an optimal candidate experience, this individual will be responsible for tracking recruiting metrics to continually evaluate and refine processes.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of progressive recruiting experience, knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates must also possess a sense of urgency, excellent communication skills with all levels of the University, demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment, strong presentation and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be an experienced recruiter who views the search process as a relationship management endeavor. In doing so, the Recruiter is responsible for contributing to the organization’s culture through the placement of individuals well suited to succeed at the University.
