Robotics Process Automation Instructor

Franklin University has a unique opportunity available for qualified instructors to serve as facilitators for a training within a local partnership. Ideal candidates should possess a graduate degree in a relevant field to the training as well as complementary work experience to serve as the facilitator. Three trainings will be made available to participates and any interested candidates should indicate their training of interest within the cover letter.
 
RPA I: Robotics Process Automation Basics
Modality: Face to Face, Columbus, OH
Description: This course provides an introduction to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) on the topics of screen scraping, document workflows, process scheduling, capture and repeat, compare and concile, exception management. Students will learn the concepts and techniques for managing the design, development and maintenance of basic RPA projects to support end-to-end automation of routine static tasks.
Objectives:
1.    Describe end-to-end automation of a routine task
2.    Evaluate best practices in RPA
3.    Utilize and leverage standard libraries
4.    Apply RPA to routine tasks
 
RPA II: Advanced RPA
Modality: Face to Face, Columbus, OH
Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of Python programming, variables, assignments, conditionals, loops, and functions.
Description: This course provides an introduction to Python RPA on the topics of loading data from spreadsheets into Pandas framework, then modifying data, filtering, pivoting, and drawing charts with Python code. Students will learn the concepts and techniques for managing the design, development and maintenance of Python RPA projects to support end-to-end automation of routine data tasks.
 
Objectives:
1.    Describe end-to-end automation of a routine data tasks
2.    Evaluate best practices in RPA with Python
3.    Utilize and leverage Pandas library
4.    Apply Python RPA to different types of routine data tasks
 
RPA III: Intelligent Process Automation (IPA)
Modality: Face to Face, Columbus, OH
Prerequisites: Advanced knowledge of Python programming, basic knowledge of Machine Learning.
Description: This course provides machine learning techniques to implement intelligent process automation systems. Machine learning makes it possible to process a variety of unstructured data and build a rich knowledge base, which then can be utilized to enhance the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology.
 
Objectives:
1.    Compare RPA and IPA
2.    Implement IPA solutions for unstructured data
3.    Use techniques to standardize and extract relevant data from documents
4.    Demonstrate the use of cognitive agents to support customers via chat
