Franklin University has a full-time position available as a Testing Coordinator.  Reporting to the Manager, Testing and Operations, the Testing Coordinator position is responsible for the administrative tasks related to testing functions in the department.  Additionally, this position will focus on the growth of test offerings at the University and in the surrounding community as it supports our revenue plan.   

Primary duties include the following:

•    Providing direct support and facilitating the out-of-class and make-up testing process.  
•    Supporting instructional designers and faculty by providing support for adding assessments into Canvas.
•    Supporting Franklin’s partnership initiatives with specific testing projects. 
•    Coordinating the Major Field Test for all MBA cohorts.
•    Providing support and guidance for campus with Placement Testing process both internationally and domestically.
•    Co-managing, with the Manager, additional testing functions within the office including CLEP testing, DSST testing, Placement testing, FUPE testing, Non-Franklin testing, CCP Testing, etc. 
•    Serving as a main resource for all faculty/staff/student/proctor questions that arise throughout all testing processes.
•    Supporting the testing office by providing additional coverage when needed (including evenings and weekends) and acting as secondary supervisor, as needed, when the Manager is out of the office. 
•    Maintaining certifications with all partnered companies and serving as an active proctor for each company. 
•    Working in conjunction with the Manager to compile and analyze data on testing office usage. 
•    Developing a clear and demonstrated understanding of the functional areas within the department.

We seek someone with a Bachelor’s degree and Microsoft Office proficiency who has excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills who is able to work independently as well as part of the team for this key role.

Prior experience working in an office setting and within higher education is preferred.
