Profile

Dr. Fenner served as an administrative officer at US embassies worldwide during his 20 year Army career. Permanent postings overseas include Hanoi, Vietnam; Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Bucharest, Romania; and London, UK. Dr. Fenner has two daughters (both adults) which he and his wife adopted from Romania while he served there. He has two dogs and resides in northern New York.
