Profile

Dr. Tracy Greene holds a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership degree from the University of Phoenix. She currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty, Doctoral Faculty Advisor, Dissertation Chair, and Committee Member for the DBA and EdD programs at Franklin University. Dr. Greene has been teaching in higher education for over 15 years. In 2016, she started teaching undergraduate business courses for Franklin University, and in 2018, she began teaching the doctoral writing and research course. Before joining Franklin University, Dr. Greene taught business management, leadership, organizational behavior, interpersonal communication, and public speaking for several colleges and universities. Dr. Greene has more than 25+ years of professional work experience where she is currently an organizational behavior, leadership, management, writing consultant, workshop presenter, coach, and content developer. Dr. Greene’s research interests are the leadership characteristics and organizational behaviors that affect the performance goals for the organization and its members. She enjoys working with scholars, practitioners, and leaders who have made a vital decision to pursue their academic goals.
