Dr. Niccole Hyatt Executive Director of Design and Operations, International Institute of Innovative Instruction Faculty, Franklin University Niccole Hyatt leads a team of professionals to develop the instructional design and learning interventions for academic institutions, governmental entities, and corporations (domestic and international). Dr. Hyatt has served at Franklin University in multiple instructional design roles since 2003. Niccole's professional experience outside of the academy includes over twelve years in wireless telecommunications, primarily with AT&T where she led training development efforts that impacted over 30,000 employees nationwide. In addition, Dr. Hyatt has also served as a Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant for The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center where she directed all non-clinical training efforts for approximately 17,000 employees, including the staff satisfaction and engagement survey. Dr. Hyatt earned her Ph.D. in Technology Management from Indiana State University, a B.S. in Education from The Ohio State University, and an M.S. in Instructional Technology from Georgia State University.
