Dr. Rachel Koransky-Matson is a Family Nurse Practitioner that serves under-served and diverse populations throughout the US. Her approach to care comprises a holistic approach to care utilizing: homeopathy, naturopathy, and aromatherapy with traditional western medicine to allow patients a choice in their care and care plans. She received both a Master's of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degree(s) from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, KY. Her International certification in homeopathy is from the Centers for Education and Development of Homeopathy (CEDH). She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Dr. Koransky-Matson is the Chair of the Family Nurse Practitioner and Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner programs here at Franklin. When not working, Rachel loves to travel with her family. Originally from Florida, she loves the water and outdoors. When not outside, she's usually curled up with a good book and a cup of Starbucks coffee.
