Dr. Anne RossAdjunct Faculty, Franklin University Dr. Anne M. Ross is a Program Chair and Professor of Digital Media at Valencia College. She teaches adjunct at Franklin University and the University of Central Florida. Dr. Ross also has over 25 years experience as an Instructional Designer, and Learning Experience Designer. Dr. Ross has been certified in Web Accessibility, MOUS, and by Brainbench in Adobe topics. She has over 25 years of experience in adult learning and technology as well as curriculum and instruction. Dr. Ross develops eLearning and Interactive projects as a contractor. In addition, she is the student advisor for the Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) organization at her Valencia College campus.
