Dr. Denise Rucker has over 30 years experience in implementing organizational and workforce performance improvement solutions for Fortune 500, not-for-profit, and governmental clients. Prior to forming Effective Performance Solutions, Inc. (EPS), in 1995, Dr. Rucker served as an internal consultant in the Organizational Effectiveness Division of Eli Lilly and Company. In this role, she facilitated in-house workshops, led and collaborated on organization-wide performance improvement projects, and served as a mentor to other performance improvement specialists throughout the organization. From 1995 through 2013, as the Principal Consultant of EPS, Dr. Rucker led and collaborated on over 60+ performance improvement projects throughout the United States and in Mexico. Currently, Dr. Rucker is the Developer, Owner, and Implementation Specialist for the PBE2 Performance Improvement Process. She now focuses exclusively on coaching human performance improvement, instructional design, and training practitioners on how to use her proprietary process to implement projects in their organizations.Education
