Business process outsourcing (BPO) provider Arvato has partnered with FranklinWORKS, the workforce development arm of Franklin University, to boost development opportunities for its employees.
The new relationship will provide Arvato employees with access to a number of tuition benefits when studying towards an Applied Associate of Science degree in Finance or Business Administration at the University, one of the leading educators of working adults.
Participants will have the opportunity to earn college credits for on-the-job training completed as part of their career development, as well as receiving tuition discounts.
