Franklin University, one of the leading educators of working adults in central Ohio, is pleased to announce its new Professional Sales microcredential. Designed with a savvy sales professional in mind, Franklin’s microcredential helps professionals gain or build skills to increase productivity, while becoming more marketable.

Franklin’s Professional Sales microcredential can help develop a sales mindset that can benefit professionals in any field or role. Unique in its approach, Franklin’s new Professional Sales microcredential exposes students to consumer psychology and communication theories to achieve sales and negotiation success, along with best practices for sales leaders.

As professionals look to advance as leaders within top organizations, effective training in areas of communication and scientific sales research have become more critical than ever before.
