VA Training Time Calculator

The Office of Military and Veterans Affairs (OMVA) at Franklin University certifies VA benefits based on the actual number of weeks enrolled in each training period. Due to our accelerated course formats, full-time enrollment (12 hours) at the University does not necessarily reflect full-time payment for your Veterans Benefits.
Training time is determined by the actual number of credit hours enrolled for the class/section, multiplied by 18 (standard weeks in a term as determined by the Department of Veterans Affairs), divided by the actual number of weeks of the class/section.
OMVA knows how complicated determining training time can be, so we developed an easy to use VA Training Time Calculator to help you better determine your status with the VA.
