Why You Should Be Bullet Journaling
If you are unfamiliar with bullet journaling, it involves using a dot grid notebook. The dot grid paper's flexibility allows users to number pages, create an index, and design personalized layouts. The beauty of bullet journals is that they can be as straightforward or as complicated as you want. YOU create the best journal for you. Below are some of the basics of bullet journaling- perfect to jumpstart a bullet journal of your own!
- Create an index at the beginning of your bullet journal to quickly locate specific notes you have taken. Additionally, utilize a “bullet code” key to label your tasks and track your progress on projects.
- Use your bullet journal to create weekly/monthly calendars. These personalized calendars will keep you organized, and you have unlimited creativity over their design and style. To-do lists, goals, or even habit tracking can be included with your calendars.
- Are you feeling stressed out? Try writing out your thoughts and feelings in your bullet journal. Writing can be an excellent exercise in mindfulness and a stress reliever too. Additionally, you can use your journal to brainstorm ideas.
- Get creative with your bullet journal design! Use tools such as these to create your perfect layout:
- Makers/Pens
- Ruler
- Stencils
