Break the Silence: Bring Mental Health Education to Your School or Organization
August 5, 2025
Looking for a meaningful way to open the conversation about mental health with your students, staff or families? Schedule a NAMI Ending the Silence presentation.
What is NAMI Ending the Silence?
It’s a free, engaging presentation that uses real stories and multimedia to educate audiences about mental health conditions. Designed by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), the presentation helps attendees understand the warning signs of mental health challenges and how to seek help for themselves or others.
There are three versions of the program tailored for:
- Students
- School Staff
- Families
Each presentation includes:
- A guided PowerPoint and short videos
- Practical ways to support someone who may be struggling
- A powerful firsthand story from a young adult living with a mental health condition and their journey to recovery
Interested in scheduling a session?
Reach out to Jeff Thompson at 614.501.6264 or jeff@namifc.org to bring NAMI Ending the Silence to your school or organization.
