Join NAMI Franklin County in Ending the Silence

NAMI Franklin County is looking for young adults to join the Ending the Silence program - a mental health education initiative for middle and high school students.

The program is presented in classrooms and helps students learn about mental health by hearing real stories of recovery. Each presentation team includes a young adult who shares their personal experience living with and recovering from a mental health condition.

Who can volunteer?

  • Young adults aged 18–35
  • Living in recovery from a diagnosed mental health condition
  • Comfortable presenting in person or virtually
  • Available to present during regular school hours
