Franklin Learning Solutions Work Study Assistant

This position will serve as support staff to the Franklin Learning Solutions (FLS) office under the supervision of the Director, Implementation Services. This person is considered to be a member of the FLS office team and is thus expected to demonstrate professional behavior at all times.

The Work Study is an integral part of the Franklin Learning Solutions team and responsible for many of the day to day administrative duties to include but not limited to: general office duties including filing, copying, and setting up project documentation files, cover phones during peak time and in the absence of FLS staff, assist Design & Implementation project team in their daily work load to deliver client projects on time, including porting information into LMS4, building week-by-week course structures, based on templates, and checking to ensure course correctly correspond to targeted LMS, assist Project Manager in documenting  project activities to include issue log, project plans, and meeting notes, assist in the quality review of course documentation in LMS4 and other client LMS’s, and all other duties/tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate will work well with all levels of management and external clients, be able to work in a team environment, be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, have a broad understanding of technology, and the ability to multitask/time slice with several concurrent initiatives
