Start with a Spark Scholarship

In conjunction with the BOOM! Fireworks Finale Sponsored by Franklin University, the Start with a Spark Scholarship recognizes community service and civic involvement. 

To be considered for this $1,000 scholarship, you must meet the following minimum requirements: 

  • Be a new student in one of Franklin University bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree programs for the Fall 2022 Trimester.
  • Completion and submission of personal statement (250-word maximum) answering the following question (and upload below): How will earning this Franklin University degree help you to continue to make a difference in your community? 

The tuition-only, non-refundable scholarship will be applied to the student’s account during the fall term based on the published disbursement schedule for financial aid grants and scholarships. To receive the scholarship, student must apply, be accepted and matriculate for the Fall 2022 Trimester.
