IDPT620 - Principles of Human Performance Technology

Description:
In this course, you will learn a framework for understanding human performance by working with scenarios and case studies to analyze performance problems, determine the level and type of intervention required, and make recommendations for a suite of solutions that will achieve the desired impacts.

Outcomes:

  • Analyze performance problems
  • Recommend appropriate interventions to solve performance problems
  • Apply performance interventions to a performance problem
  • Identify the implications of performance solutions at the organizational, business process, and individual levels
  • Determine how to evaluate the results of implemented performance solutions
