Doug Ross, Ph.D. - Program Chair
Dr. Ross has marketing experience in the corporate and academic arenas. He has held the industry positions of marketing manager and product and daily operations manager, and received the Columbus American Marketing Association Professor of the Year Award a record four times. He also chairs the Marketing & Management Department at Franklin.
Lou Anne Manning, Ph.D. - Lead Faculty
Dr. Manning is the instructional designer for Franklin’s MBA Program. She strives to create dynamic courses that allow students to apply their skills and adapt to new situations. Her industry experience includes working in several clinical laboratories as a medical laboratory technologist.
Debra Petrizzo, DBA - Lead Faculty
Professor Petrizzo has taught accounting at universities in Nebraska and South Dakota. Her past professional positions include international and global inventory controller, aftermarket controller, supervisor of internal audit, and several roles in the railway industry, including project controller, auditor, intermodal logistics analyst, and conductor.
Wendell Seaborne, Ph.D. - Lead Faculty
Dr. Seaborne instructed courses in finance, ethics, global business, and strategic management before joining Franklin’s faculty. He also served as director of global studies in business. His industry experience includes area manager, sales manager, and marketing specialist in the electric utility sector.
